FAQ’s

How do I book?

  1. Online and pay by credit card at the time of booking.  Simply click BOOK NOW and fill in the information

We cannot accept online bookings that operate within 20 hours of travel time, so you will need to contact us directly to do this.

Where do I meet the shuttle at Auckland International Terminal?

For arriving flights, please clear customs as quickly as possible to avoid shuttle delays. The check in time for your departure will be 30 minutes prior to departure.

 If you or your flight is delayed beyond the scheduled departure time, your booking may be passed to the next available shuttle. If you think your customs clearance will be longer than 1 hour, please contact Luxury Airport Shuttles.

The meeting point for Auckland International Airport is just outside the arrivals gate, near the Spark and One.NZ Stores. Your driver will be in a blue and white check shirt, with a sign for Luxury Airport Shuttles.  

Please meet your driver here 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you are delayed through customs or immigration, you must advise us as soon as possible. 

**** Please Note - Due to ongoing construction at Auckland Airport and the International Terminal, we are unable to drop off or pick up directly outside the terminal doors. Please advise our team via emai or phone if you have mobility issues and we will do our best to assit. 

Where do I meet the shuttle at Auckland Domestic Terminal?

Our Luxury Airport Shuttles van delivers and departs from the Shuttle service lane - outside doors number 7 and 8 (the Jetstar check in area)

Please be in place for your scheduled departure time. Shuttle services may be unable to wait beyond this time. Not being in the correct location at the time will mean your booking is moved to the next available shuttle.

Your driver will be in a sign written Luxury Airport Shuttles van and will be holding a Sign for Luxury Airport Shuttles. 

When will I get Picked Up?

Your Booking Confirmation email will provide an approximate pickup time from your home address. The actual time will be confirmed to you by telephone the day prior to travel after we have planned each shuttle run.

We recommend booking a shuttle with a scheduled arrival time 3 hours before an international departure, and 1.5 hours prior to a scheduled domestic departure

Departure times from Auckland Airport are fixed as best we can to ensure our passengers have certainty. If all passengers for a shuttle have arrived early, our driving team may coordinate an early depature to get you home early. This cannot be gaurenteed. 

What are the Booking Terms and Conditions?

We provide transfers to and from Auckland International & Domestic Airport Terminals as well as Cruise Ships and private shuttles and transfers.
